I made this salad at my PC show last night. It was pretty good. The ladies thought they would like to bring it to gatherings.
It had rotini pasta, fresh spinach, chopped chicken, chopped carrot, crumbled bacon, chopped boiled eggs, red onion slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and french salad dressing (we used western salad dressing).
I might try it for a gathering too. It was the first time I used my PC large square bamboo salad bowl and claws. It was beautiful and worked really well.
